“Edinburgh crossing” - Oil on canvas panel

20 x  20 inches - Sold October 2019

My first one-man show was in the Yallop Gallery in the Wye Valley in June 1993. A series of one-man and shared exhibitions followed in various galleries in the Bristol area until my move to Norfolk in 1995.

I then exhibited by invitation with a number of galleries in East Anglia and Cornwall, and with the Llewellyn Alexander Gallery in Waterloo.

I had work first selected for inclusion in the annual exhibitions of the Royal Society of Marine Artists (RSMA), Royal Society of Marine Artists and the Royal Institute of Oil Painters (ROI) in the Mall Galleries in 2006 and exhibited with both societies for several years after that. The Gallery link will take you to some of my paintings shown with those societies.

Since becoming a founder member (now a Fellow) of the Institute of East Anglian Artists eight years ago I have exhibited regularly in their exhibitions since then, and am principally represented by The Gallery, Lees Yard in Holt, the IEA’s ‘home base’.
